Hey all, looking at his bike and want to grab it. Not sure on price and if it’s worth it.

It’s an upgrade to my aluminum giant contend.

What do y’all think on price? And if it’s worth an upgrade?

I was fortunate enough to have a “loaner” s-works sl6 (rim brake) from a co-worker for a season, and I still wish I had to funds to buy it. the timing wasn’t right, sadly. I loved that bike. I’m not sure what the differences are between the s-works rim brake model and this one are, but it looks to be in excellent condition from the photographs

    what’s the asking price ?

  2. A fair offer is about $1,100. The original MSRP was already too high for the bike as other manufacturers were offering similar specs for about $1900.

  3. I will take the barely used with a grain of salt, the evidence is picture 7, the gearset brand in the front derralieur is deleted which means wear.

  4. What year is the bike? Have you asked the seller? It is important for you to be able to figure out what to offer.

If you’re willing to spend that much consider just buying a new bike from a shop so it’s covered by a warranty
