Blew up my tube I use for indoor training on a turbo trainer while pumping it up. Problem solved by inserting a piece of plastic pipe used by electricians to put wires in. Worked fine during my 4 hour indoor ride. Hope this hack helps someone in need of a tube for their turbo trainers, and it is not recommended to bring outside as the traction and grip is abysmal
P.S (Leave a small gap so that you can insert a tire lever in)
