I got this frame from a friend of mine. Everything I see makes me think it’s a Redline, but I’m not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated. Someone has tried to open up the rear dropouts for big axles.

Someone fucked that frame up. Looks pretty unusable to me.

I strongly suspect this was somebody home honny project. Possibly taking amd old frame and having a go at shaping and welding some “cool” new shapes on.
The gussets are entirely useless just laid on, and fucking hell, the drop outs.
