Hi all, really not having the best NBD haha.
The front derailleur was rubbing against the chain and needed adjusting – I tried to adjust this with the limit screws for a while until I noticed that the derailleur wasn’t straight. Fine, I straightened it up and that was okay, but I noticed that the H limit screw wasn’t straight either and it must’ve been put in at an angle? When I was messing with it trying to straighten it out, it somehow threaded all the way through the bolt and ended up sort of getting stuck at the back of the derailleur. I managed to get it out with pliers but now the bolt will not go back in at all through the front.
I’ve been here for so long trying to thread it back through the front and it will not go through! Have I completely messed up my new derailleur and new bike? Thanks

Please contact Canyon and describe the issue. I’m quite sure that they ask you to have this fixed at a local bike dealer or designated Canyon Service Partner in your area. Normally, they cover the costs up to a certain amount, but please get in touch with Canyon asap.
I had an issue with my Grail, contacted Canyon and this is what happened. Had to send them a copy (mobile phone picture of the receipt) of the invoice and they sent me a refund.
Good night and good luck 🙂
