I’d say that’s on the upper end of a reasonable price. At 1200 it would be a good deal IMO. On the plus side, the way the images were shot and the tires on it make me think it hasn’t been ridden much.

Pro
+ Looks clean and lightly used
+ Fairly modern groupset
+ Upgraded carbon wheels
+ Probably fast
+ Comes with aero bars if you need them
Con
– old aero frames can be very stiff and uncomfortable
– bad tires
– proprietary seatpost
– possibly no name wheelset? Might have issues with hub etc. Then again, I’ve had issues with used name brand wheelsets too…
– frame might only fit a 23mm tire, fairly certain you can’t get more than a 25 in there
-/+ rim brake (light and easy to maintain, but little tire clearance and less suited to riding in bad weather)

Quite a nice bike, 11 speed ultegra and carbon wheels with an aluminium track (at a guess) is nice, plus the carbon frame.
However, I wouldn’t pay more than $1000 for it because it’s just not that special and there’s countless ultegra rim brake bikes for sale under $1000.

Doubtful unless the bike has had some updates. It is from the early 2010s which means it is probably has a 9 or 10 speed cassette. If you are looking for a starter road bike you would be better served by a new aluminum bike. If you are looking for a tri bike I think there are better used options. This should be more like $750-900.
