Different regional organizations have different benefits. I first saw this in the Northeast AAA a number of years ago, but it had a stipulation of not counting motorized bicycles. At the time, there was a question of whether MA laws referencing “motorized bicycles” included ebikes or just gas-powered mopeds. I called my local AAA to clarify. They said any bike that can fit onto a standard bike rack qualifies
