Hi sorry I’m making a sorry okay no it’s fine it’s fine it up you’re the truth hello everyone welcome to my YouTube channel and today I’m going to do an apartment tour to show you um my apartment so you can see what it’s like living in a student Demeter
And there’s going to be some noise because I am living in a new building where um Renovations are currently going on so if you hear some sounds please there’s nothing I could do this is the only time of the week that I could do this recording and unfortunately there
May be some sound so um without further Ado let me show you around to be than I was before but I can’t do it if we don’t you’re not angry anymore just a little bit down this is the kitchen um it’s really small as you can see it is but it’s very
Functional I love it it is um it has this this shelf here where can contain a lot of things I do have like a lot of things that this shelf can carry and there’s a mini sink over there and then because like I said they’re doing renovations they haven’t installed the
Stove so for now I have this separate which I use for cooking no the microwave doesn’t come with the apartment I I I got that one or someone gifted it to me I don’t know and then there’s like a mini free here where um like there’s a freezer and stuff like that
And then over here is like a mini Pantry where I keep my pots and stuff like that and then I love the color of the floor it’s really modern and then there’s a coat hanger over here where sorry to zoom in too much where I
Could like give you that so I’m going to point out the things that actually come with the apartment let me just show you around first so and there’s a bookshelf here a bookshelf where you can store your books and stuff like that and a table for reading it’s really big very very big
Like I I am so happy with the size of the table because I can have like a lot of things going on sometimes like I could have like my books and stuff like that my bag and stuff and then there’s the bed let me turn on the light for you to see
Okay so this is the bed it looks small but trust me it is huge like it can take two people let me show you um 59 and and yeah I can sleep here and then someone else can sleep here and it’s big I I I really think size this for um
Another cool thing about the bed is that it has like a lot of storage for shoes they do give you like a separate shoe rack which I have for my shoes there but then this extra one is mindblowing I love that it has this much space and the
Cool part um brace up guys because this is messy but I just want to show you that it does have like w a plate for your Jun extra storage under your bed which is so cool I love it and then it has like this really cool big size um
Wardrobe where you can there’s a lot of storage for it there ignore my stuff is not Soo arranged but yeah you get the point yeah it’s like super cool for so there’s like so much storage space where you can obviously like store stuff so yeah then this is the Outdoor space I
Really love the window side like it’s huge there’s a lot of light coming in and you could literally have the view from outside which is super super super cool I love to see the sunset somewhere like over there let me show you the bathroom so this is the
Bathroom um it has like a shower and a really cool a shower sorry I don’t know what I was going to say there so this is shower it’s not a bathtub but it’s great I love the size I love the size of the mirror it’s the the mirror it’s so huge
Like it’s from all the from there to here like it’s so huge and I like it and yeah so this is it guys this is what the room looks like I’m going to show you like other things that you get with the apartment which is like the
Laundry room I’m going to do my laundry sh to show you how I do it and yeah so before we go to the laundry room let me tell you the things that do come um with the apartment so this comes with the apartment the fridge of course the
Cabinet the kitchen area is like the fult and then with the microwave and the cooker no doesn’t come the oven doesn’t come with the with the um apartment it does it it was gifted to me so yeah but the slab does come with it too and then
The shoe rack comes with the apartment and the bookshelf does come with the apartment for all your books the table comes with the apartment the chair comes with the apartment the top bookshelf comes with the apartment there’s a heater in the room so you could heat up your room and
Then of course the bed the mattress and the Wardrobe does come with the apartment literally everything else like the best and stuff you just have to come with your bed sheet and your clothes and of course your shoes and books and for the bathroom of course there’s nothing that is movable except
My shelf which I have but the but everything else comes with the apartment yeah so as this is it um I would go downstairs and because the laundry room is separate from the um from the apartment it’s shared so but then it has like a washer and a dryer which is so
Cool and easily accessible all you need to do is use your student card which I’ll show you how to do so um let’s get right to it okay so this is the elevator there’s a bigger one there that goes directly to the basement but like I said
A lot of Renovations are going on so that is why like everywhere is the way it looks like yeah this is like they used to be like the carpet here it was really cool when everywhere was like really nice and but now with do Renovations everything seems a bit chaotic in here so
Down I love the way you there for your B and then this here CU you bicycle and then there’s another one here for um yeah so these are the places for your bicycle you can have your cars packed here it’s like more than enough place the building is like huge so there are
Over 300 or something rooms in this building okay guys this is the laundry room where you have like this is the three dryers and then and then over here are the washers and before you this is where you pay for um washing and drying for washing
It’s €1 and then for drying is like0 50 which is not a lot it’s like the price so for washing 1 and then for drying it’s like 50 Cent I’m Not Angry Anymore just a little bit let down just a little bit let down I’m Not Angry Anymore just a little upset now I’m just a little upet now want to be better than I was before but I can’t do it if you don’t but you’re not angry anymore just a
Little bit let down little Bit up over there it’s like close Okay so guys tell me what do you think about um leing in Germany as a student so to put things in perspective for you living in Germany is the most affordable thing you can ever do I mean I know that is why a lot of people want to school in
Germany as regards other countries Like Us Canada or even the UK so I I’m just here to spell it out for you you’re making a the right decision by wanting to study here for me um it cost me about let’s say 400 to 500 a month to leave here and it is the
Most inexpensive thing decision I have ever made um for starters my rent is €210 and that is cheap a month €210 a month and then and um my feeding is give or take it all depends on the way you spend your money so I mean for me I I don’t know I think
To get the basic like to get the basic it cost me around 50 a month sorry €50 a week which is about €200 um a month some months it could be less way less especially if I have like the basic um things in my um store and
Yeah I think that’s it then in terms of Transportation um with your student ID card you can you know go anywhere around the city for free and to top it off with this student card you can literally go to other um neighboring lower Saxon cities for free as well with a train or
The buses in those cities places like Hamburg which is very close to did I say Hamburg sorry hanova which is very very close to Guan and castle and other cities if you check the map you would see like the cities where you can actually visit for free with your
Student ID card so when you pay your semester fees which is not a lot um I think it’s about € 344 um that’s it of course there’s no tuition fees so you only pay that semester fees for like you know like faculty fees or departmental fees or something everything is um encap
Encapsulated encapsulated what am I saying everything let me not speak big English that that put me in trouble everything is like inside that semester Fe now you get it so with that um you have also your student ticket which is to move around the city for free and
That is it guys living in Germany is the most affordable decision I’ve ever made like in terms of getting quality education for like almost nothing and then I I don’t know what I don’t know about you but I think it is the best decision I made so far in terms of like
Trying to get quality education for literally nothing um so guys what do you think what are your observations you have questions or comments to ask I am very open to answer them um yeah that is the end of this video I would see you in my next video please don’t forget to
Subscribe like and share this video I love you all from the bottom of my heart see you in my next video love you Bye but I can’t do it if we don’t but you’re not angry

210 euros for this is amazing.
Also please make a video about student jobs too
Omg I love your apartment!!!
Please which city are you in and which school?
Wow, that bed's storage space is amazing. I was disappointed when you updated the monthly shopping costs from 50 Euros to 200😂because I was expecting you to provide saving/shopping tips that I thought I was missing out on.
The apartment is nice. I wish I can get such around Steinfurt, I am currently on the waiting list for the accommodation 😢. I recently got my visa and will be entering Germany very soon.
