I’d take it back and ask the shop to reseat the bearings properly.

I can’t really tell what’s going on from the pic. Is there some sort of damage to the lower bearing cup? I can’t tell whether it’s a reflection or a mark.
If it is damaged on the outside then I’d suggest that the inside should be checked.
I can only imagine that it would have been damaged if it was dropped or struck somehow during assembly (given that there’s no corresponding damage on the fork), in which case I’d be requesting that the manufacturer confirm that the frame is ok & the supplier replace the cup so it doesn’t affect the performance or the resale value.
