You need to know the size , if seller doesn’t know how to find it ask her how tall was the person who used to ride the bike.
By the way it is a sticker in the frame where the seat post enters the frame with a number from 40ish to 60ish
This is a small to medium frame. It is not even worth considering at 6’2″.
Most bikes are available in a variety of sizes for a variety rider heights.

6’2″ to 6’4″ rider height may range from 58cm to 63cm size frame.
