i came across of the following bicycle. is this more a project rather than a bicycle to use?
specs:
Belgian brand “Exclusive”
It has a Shimano Position 5-speed derailleur and two Weinmann side-pull brakes.
it’s obviously used.
considering to buy it. ah yay or nay for less than 200€ / 220$?
i couldn’t find any information about that Belgian brand called Exclusiv…
