You normally need a banjo bolt. But the hard part will be connecting that to your brake hose. It requires a special crimping tool.
That is, unless this a different kind of caliper in which case it would probably just use a regular olive and nu that squeezes the olive.
The olive is the little ring in the bag. The end of the cable needs a barb in it as well. Also in your bag. It’s just missing the nut to screw it all together.
Edit: you want to make sure the cut on that hose is nice and straight as well. Difficult to seal up otherwise!

Page 39-41 of [the manual](https://si.shimano.com/en/pdfs/dm/MBBR001/DM-MBBR001-04-ENG.pdf) shows the rough method of installing the hose into the caliper. Looks like you have all the required pieces. If you don’t have the yellow hose clamp pieces, be very careful not to squish the hose when banging the barb in.
Edit – it’s actually hard to tell if you have the nut required to crush the olive and hold it all in. Should be in the bag or further up the hose

You need a special tool to insert the barb, once the barb has been secured slip the screw over the hose and then the olive, and then tighten
