I wanted to take this fork apart, clean it and grease it as it has become pretty stiff, but unfortunately I don’t really understand how to take it apart. I have watched a couple of tutorials on YouTube, but this looks nothing like the others. The bolt on the inside is round and not hexagonal. Is that a kind of security bolt? I appreciate any help

The only way to repair is to replace. This fork was never intended to be serviced, but instead, removed and replaced. The bike was likely designed to be thrown away before the fork needed any servicing… Sorry, OP.
Bravo! I am impressed with your motivation to make things better. I have owned my bike for 20 years and keep telling myself I should service my forks but they still work OK – and it seems to be, at the minimum for me, a 6 hour job with the chance it could all end in tears.
When I last looked there are reasonably priced forks for 26’ wheelsets, although you look like a 29ner.
Looks like the counternut is missing or the thrad is ripped apart. If it’s like this in both sides you can just pull the upper part
It’s hard to tell, some of these forks require a hex key on a super long extension to undo the bolt connecting the stanchions to the lowers.
