  1. Sure for $75 bucks. It’s not a serious MTB and needs different tires for that. But to go up and down a paved path you are GTG.

  2. Even if it was free, I’d say invest a little more like $300-$500 so you can get something that’ll be more enjoyable.

  3. Despite the listing this is a hardtail mountain bike, not a road bike. That said it’s probably a decent entry level MTB for less than $100, but definitely get some wider tires on it. There’s no reason to be running tires that skinny even if you’re only riding on pavement
