Hello come on in come on in welcome welcome welcome welcome to Stonehill Meadow lower stundon we are back we are back touring redro show homes it’s so nice to be back doing show homes it is and this is a fabulous Shrewsbury 3 house type that we have not toured now previously so as

Always we start in the hall look at this beautiful door it is a lovely door but there’s something I actually want to point out from outside go on go on so if we open the door normally you might have already seen when we press the door bell

Or we knock on the door it’s just a normal doorbell yeah a can wow because there is the intercom for you to check who it is I think it controls quite a lot of things I love the color of this door yeah gorgeous so it’s two tone

You’ve got the color on the outside and then you’ve got this lovely kind of creamy white on the inside you’ve got the nice detail now in the this is part of the Heritage collection so you’ve got the lovely detail of the leaded Windows the frosted glass it’s a big pain big

Door a high letter box um and it’s really is nice so just so you can get a sense of scale of the door remember people I’m 6’3 and that door is all the way up there bit of a selfie mode um so the hallway what do you think of the

Hall it’s lovely I love the green yeah the the decor is really really Lov I like the light as well for both yeah oh that’s cool yeah and you’ve got your I think it’s a heat sensor yeah heat detector there as well so there is sp they’ve got a mirror display but you

Could put coats you now there might be somewhere else to put coat we don’t know because as always is completely blind yeah so so also if you want to see floor plans they will be at the end of the video and room dimensions everything and we’ve also got a quick sneaky look up

The stairs oh yeah teaser oh we’ve got a temperature as well oh yeah we’ve got thermostat here we need to talk about the thermostat we do but I’m going to take my shoes off yes it’s always polite isn’t it because oh no can you feel anything on

The foot it’s nice and warm it is that’s because all the new red row housing developments have underfloor heating as standard and heat pumps we’ll talk more about that as we go around so does it feel nice and toasty on your feels nice I’m a big fan normally of having to wear

Slippers at all times cuz my feet get really cold on these hard dos and they feel really nice it really is nice so shall we go into the living room let’s go what we assume is the living room aha there we go oh wow come on in this is

Gorgeous this is really lovely a really really nice space at this wow so straight in off the hall you’ve got a really nice proportioned room because just look at the amount of furniture There is so you’ve got I would say a two three seater sofa you could get because

There is extra room here yeah there’s plenty of space there so you could get a three piece weed or you could get an extra console table Yeah here whatever tickles you pickle really there is space for another you could get a snuggle chair here as well actually yeah snuggle

Chair or a two seat snuggle chair would look nice and turn around the pesta resistance a bay chair B clay still in fashion Now Matt doesn’t like Bay no I’m not a fan I love the bay look yeah what I do like though are these shells yeah

They are these plants I know they’re fake plants but you could put real ones you could put real ones in there and the wallpaper is textured this lovely hear it it’s textured wallpaper so it’s really really nice uh no the B Clay is still in fashion Matt’s not a fan I

Think our cats would love it as well because it’s very scratchy um window the window well so it’s kind of like the Le def effect like individual pains I bet people like why are you talking about the windows but the windows in redro homes are very quite large so you get a

Lot of light into the house um and they do feel easy to open that’s a quality latch my loves it is no it is it’s a heavy duty latch we do test everything thoroughly uh and again nice to see that the kind of Hotel style floor to ceiling

Curtains are still in there’s a big light there is a big light my head it’s a bit like spotnik there’s also this mirror over here which yeah I love because it’s I didn’t realize this when we first came in here but it is a reverse fishey the

Miror because I thought oh she’s looking skinny she looking tight and then I look in another mirror went oh it’s very flattering no but but could you see yourself sat here reading reading a book nice quietly you got your lamp on the corner watching TV oh points power

Points uh I am I think all of the TV points are below and there are plenty of sockets as well if you look at the sockets these ones are like a brushed like a brushed steel yeah and they’re really really lovely now thermostat in almost every room I think oh W so you

Can control the temperature in each room individually if you want it’s lovely shall we carry out before we go into what I assume is going to be the kitchen you’ve got these lovely doors with you probably can’t pick it up on camera but there is a bit of a wood grain and then

You’ve got the the divits as well so very and the archetyp is really nice as well right shall we go in Tada o oh this lovely it’s lovely once again the floor is lovely and warm it is actually it’s lovely so choices we should talk about choices there are many

Think just the do separate yeah separate and you’ve got a little storage Nook storage at the top I I put things like big big bottles up there I would not be able to reach that at all I mean look I I can’t reach I would need steps so I’m

Going to hide all the biscuit oh that’s a nice cupboard as well big coverboard above the oven yeah and then we also have so it’s a semmons double oven this one looks like it’s Grill um and fan assisted oven yeah which is nice is it the same

I think so yes you got two of them basically two fan and oven grills and they are gorgeous you have a pullout drawer with another pullout drawer that’s handy that’s very like now what’s this I like these oh I love a pull out Pantry I love shall we test as well are

They soft clothes they are soft clothes there we go now I’m going to have to move this just to get in the C there we go oh there we go so that’s a handy little p c as well yeah put all your bits and pieces that you

Don’t use that often you’ve got your isolation switches and a PowerPoint which is really good uh Seaman it’s all matching Seaman uh extractor fan matches the work top for the back sash it’s like a quartz Sil Stone yeah but there are so many choices like I said go on the app

It’s there’s so many different choices um I think this might be induction CU it’s got in on it oh yes yes I don’t think it’s merely Electric I think it’s induction we have a p drawer with a Cutlery drawer o I love a big Cutlery drawer what would you fill it with my

Loves oh spoons lots of spoons so many spoons okay that’s well lovely lots of counter top space as well covered yeah does it go all the way around it does go all the way around as you can well you can all see in there better than we can there we

Go there we go lovely so you have got space for extra shelves yes and I imagine if you did want an extra cupboard you could probably get one in as well yeah um even a double cupboard Lots o h there is USB oh USB plugs they

Are handy we’ve got them in our house and they are handy yeah even in the kitchen they they hand it everywhere uh so you’ve got in this in this countertop you’ve got the integrated drainage going into the sink and a half with tap now I think what’s that is that the garbage

Disposal there is aerator mhm and like I say there there’s a whole range of different options for upgrades that you can take a look at and perusal um what do we have under here under kitchen coat there’s the garbage disposal yeah in syin erator in this one

Yeah and I like the little metal tray underneath that catches any bits and pieces dishwasher dishwasher SE again let’s have a little rumage oh there we go so you got your pull out draw yeah that’s nice nice uh and then you’ve got your as well yeah that’s nice liking

That one and then another cup oh and a polite bin very handy and it’s got your recycled bins as well which is even better cuz you always think that’s the one thing I love about doing these showes one thing I always love to point out is is there space for your bin yeah

Because when you first look around you just get enamored by all the decoration and the gorgeousness you forget the practicalities yeah why we’re here so one thing that’s really good you can separate out your recycling and then you can leave it in here if it’s wet it

Doesn’t matter and then you can take it out to the correct bin and just just tip just tip it in which is really lovely so I appreciate I appreciate some bin storage thank you redro for thinking about bin storage uh again you’ve got space for more shelves hangy things even

A bit of CLA Bor CL we tried one of their recipes oh the French onion soup gorgeous it’s gorgeous and I tried her 2 minute one pound briani which I will tell you was not 2 minutes and it was not one pound it wasn’t space for cat or

Dog food or pet food down there or a bin if you want an extra bin if you want a big bin want an extra bin the space for it there oo plenty of space for a five seater dining table I don’t think I’ve ever seen a five-seater dining table I I

Like the round actually and the glass is really nice because it does one thing I’ve just I’m looking at you now and I know that you’re 6′ three just look up look how high the ceilings are with all these down lights as well you have to tell me if I’ve got me in

With the ceiling you have yeah yeah Matt’s T and there is so much head height yeah in a red row home tall skirting boards as well yeah that that always adds like not the illusion of height in a red row because it is very high but it makes it feel even higher

Yeah it’s lovely and there is space for a sofa here if you didn’t want a console table just move this table up a little bit Yeah there’s space for a sofa so it is Kitchen dining living allinone which is fantastic perfect there’s a door there’s two doors there’s two doors I

Want to go this door I feel like that’s going to be the downstairs l no no it’s not it is just it’s a ginormous cupboard it’s a huge cupo you what that is perfect for if you’ve got a bike and or a PR pram push chair wheel

It straight in yeah just get in this is me Wheeling the pram in there we go and you can see how far it can go without actually having Bend I mean I’m not as tall as mat I’m I’m 5 foot 10 with hair with hair no I’m 5

Foot about 5′ seven and a half eight and a push but still that just shows you could get the pram in and then you could still have space for mop bucket Hoover room and it’s like your little control center so it’s got all your bits and pieces internet everything’s in here

What you can do with just imagine not imagine a summer day when the sky is blue and you can sit outside on your patio and it’s really gorgeous I’m going to show the dog this call that is the one thing I always like about the redro show gardens as well it

Have redro come on right oh oh wow well you always get an oo from me in a utility room you do love you you know what it’s always when people ask what is my favorite room I know we always do our favorite room at the end of the house

But normally always my favorite room really is oh if there’s a the boot room it’s over oh the bootroom that’s over no this is really good because that door’s huge oh yeah look at me look at me comparison to the door it’s a massive window it’s huge

Huge I actually quite like it anyway you’ve got space for separate washer dryer sink in the middle and a double cupboard double cupboard for all your bits and pieces now normally in this cing up here there’s a boiler mhm what’s there shelves more storage and by the

Way you could have cupboards going all the way across as well if you really wanted for extra storage because with the underfloor heating and the heat pump you don’t need a Bo you don’t need a boiler so you gain the space in the cupboards for stuff whatever you want

You’ve also got space for extra coats if you want yeah more coats o dog leads oh downstairs L downstairs Lou oh didn’t her moring did some modeling not more moin here she only wanted half of her face on she was being temperamental that day my love she only

Wanted half of her face modeled right massive window that’s a big window toilet it’s huge um there’s plenty of space either side of the toilet for all of your acutts whatever you want in there magazine stand Morin has a pineapple in every room she has she’s insisting that she’s going through

A pineapple phase so pineapple era pineapple era so every room there’s a pineapple don’t don’t even ask um porcel NOA tiles again um you know check what comes as standard there will be a range of options um we’ve got ideal standard Sentry wear feels really nice and still

Warm toies even when you’re in the L you could have a cupboard there as well lovely shall we move on let’s move on so okay where are we has a nice angle of the kitchen from here oh it’s lovely isn’t it gorgeous it’s I mean you can imagine yourself just working away my

Second home kitchen I’m here slaving I’m slaving slaving slaving over a hob I I don’t I don’t even know how to turn ours on in the house you don’t I have to I have to supervise every time you want to do something on there moving

On moving on La La right come on let’s come on let’s go upstairs oh oh the banner thick oh it’s a thick and chunky one we do like a Girty B we do Morin is a fan oh oh I can I’m I’m seeing glimpses stop stop while the doors you can Mar at

The carpet on the stairs I’m running little bit P My Feet running around there we go right okay we’re ready we’re okay you know what this is actually quite a decent Siz Hall Landing oh hello um and you’ve got the got a loft hatch hat and another smoke alarm or heat alarm right

Now like say we haven’t seen the layout so should we go here yeah let’s go that way okay R so R is upstairs under floor heating down yes o oh oh okay well this is lovely this is a lovely double bedroom it’s nice okay so with the bed with the

Bedrooms there will be options to upgrade for wardrobes if you want fitted but I always like a room to kind of show how you could put your own Furniture in so you could put your wardrobes over there yeah wardrobes are there perfectly fine drawers there’s room for a

King-size bed really because that’s a huge headboard you could just move these over a touch yeah King siiz I will point out cu on camera it looks like a bit of an optical illusion that the ceiling in here is really low no but it’s not it’s

All the way up there there’s there’s a there’s a slope in this design so you’ve got a bit of wall feature yes there’s character in this character there charact there is character massive window again look at that and they’re they quite sound insulative as well you can’t really hear

Anything hear anything I love the ball lamps they’re gorgeous they are cool look at these oh that’s really fancy actually I love lovely there we and there’s even room in here with the double bed to have a desk working from home so if you’ve got a spare room it

Can be for guests you can also office work as an office also ideal as a as a like a teenager’s bedroom that needs that workspace to do their own homework yeah it’s nice what do you think of the decor here it’s lovely I love the two tone walls well three tone walls really

Because as you can see there’s the white up here on the wall like I say this room does have character there is yeah there’s features there angles so for all of you budding interior designers you can go a bit creative I think in here I like the hanging mirrors

As well be fun came oh and the red row scent oh yeah trademarked red rent we’ve just run out of ours I know draon we can in a swag bag I’ll never know right let’s move on um the radiator here uh the Autumn Equinox oh oh is that

In bulk it’s inchant it might be in bulk oh let’s go through okay oh wow come on in let me shut the door behind you because I want to reveal the mirrors H look at these I obviously they’re wardrobes but just look at the storage in here and have a

Look in the wardrobe so this again wardrobe there’s so many different options you can have for the glass or wood or whatever you want for the doors but they’re always big always big wardrobes rails under there and then loads of shelving space up there I mean

Wavy design of the lawn yeah very nice cool okay shall we move on and there’s a radiator quite a nice thick low Radiator over here we love a thick radiator we do right I’m not quite sure where moring would put a pineapple in this room she

She she’d find somewhere she has she has already B somewhere ooh bathroom oh oh wow this is bigger bathroom than I thought it was going to be this is big remember this is a three-bedroom home but actually it’s a large three bedroom home yes um so again there will be a

Choice of tiles there is a shower screen by git git git there is a the red R baths are always quite roomy and spacious um you got oh I like this you’ve got your controls here so you don’t have to get in the shower to get

Splashed by it no which is water nor until it heats up there’s normally options for uh rainfall showers if that’s what you want to go for look at the size of the room either side of this toilet you can really spread out well we know we’re more in sck and air pineapple

Main bedroom oh wow oh my God what it just keeps going it’s huge no seriously this is I wasn’t expecting this have a little getting ready nut a Glam station Glam station but then there’s also oh my God it goes all the way down I wasn’t expecting this with you no I totally

Wasn’t expecting this so like I said three-bedroom house but probably virgin on a four-bedroom size in of size um yeah this yeah so I would have you could have extra wardrobe space or a no for getting ready like Matt said bed big enough for a Super King yeah

Very much easily one thing redo like is their statement lamps and their big bedside tables and big headboards just to emphasize the space that there is and here now they’ve got it as a Glam station you could have a TV yeah TV on the wall if you’re that way inclined

You’ve got another thermostat as well mhm well I’m I’m not going to fiddle no because I might do something and I don’t want to do it you will do something oh oh wow you’ve got a side each if you’re a couple or or if you’re being greedy you can have that would be

You wouldn’t it no you’ve got more clothes than me you do he’s not saying anything he’s so again you’ve got the massive wardrobes I mean you can literally we won’t talk about the socks what about the socks the seven drawers of socks oh my I thought you meant these

Socks how lovely they are aren’t they well I’ve got a color for every outfit to say Morin Morin swapped all of her socks for one color yellow P pineapple face um so again it’s the same on either side and you you’ll have a choice of doors as well

Wow they are cavernous H cavernous my loves oh the holy gra oh wow just a walk-in rainfall shower I love it i’ never get you out of this no it’s gorgeous I mean I love the screen you got your towels for easy access yeah you even got your oh it’s

Like a digitally dood oh it’s lovely wow oh oh you can do your aquaerobics yeah you can have your full madon a moment it’s gorgeous I love it I absolutely love it it’s gorgeous should we see you in it Oh Me Oh to test right it’s always the test isn’t it whether I

Can fit under the shower and yeah you can that is a very high oh I just noticed it’s not actually coming out from the it’s actually coming from the roof yeah coming throughout the ceiling I big pipes or anything you still got your hand he it’s lovely and then you’ve

Got your ventilation as well because there’s no window in here but there is vent um lovely does it smell nice oh it does you can also put a few bits and pieces on the Shelf as well while you’re liy Lifey oh well someone someone’s doing well for

Themselves so the cabinet now this one in here it is a light but there is also um storage when I say you can put a cabinet that opens this is kind of what I meant and there is a shaver socket and so this will be an upgrade um I might be

Heated mirror oh look that just turns on the light there we go there we go my loves uh and there’s a shaver socket again the same s you wear ideal standard that’s a big Sy actually yeah lovely flab gastard it’s lovely so what do you think your favorite room is oh I don’t

Know where we’re going to choose our favorite room then we’ll get back to you okay so we chose the main main bedroom it is stunning it was so surprising to walk into genuinely surprised which is why we don’t look at the floor plans no because we like to be shocked like be

Shocked like to be surprised just as you would be when you were first viewing this home and redro do often surprise us oh yes they do so this is our favorite room but I think the kitchen was also lovely yeah as well that kitchen dining living the utility space as well that

Big downstairs cupboard it’s a very light and Airy house oh yeah and the and the the lovely warm floors my toes and there’s not a small bedroom no not they’re all large bedrooms definitely appreciate that and I think a family would appreciate that as well or even I

Mean this who would this house appeal to I mean anyone I think there’s so many different reasons why people would look at this house so if you’re really interested come and get down now the heat pump yes we need to talk about the heat there’s a bit of science so this is

The heat bump it’s just a unit that sits outside your house it’s normally around the back all around the side of the properties and it’s normally you know you can’t normally see it from inside the house which is quite nice but it doesn’t look hideous no it’s is just a

Unit that’s outside completely replaces your boiler um they’re 350% more efficient than your normal standard Combi boiler um and all they do is take the ambient heat from outside and be able to pump it through your house and it’s efficient it’s better to the environment it’s they’re just really
