These parts are so new I think the reason you’re not getting any responses is because no one knows. Remember, CUES just started releasing at the end of 2023.
This is also an inherently flawed question with spindle length and a tape measure. Does it fit your bike? There are various ways of solving BB shell width and crank issues. Take a photo of everything installed and it may be a little easier to tell what’s going on. But tbh I’ve worked in the bike industry for about 5 years and have never once had to measure a spindle. Either it fits or it doesn’t.

You enter the model number (FC-U[somethingsomething] I think) and get both dealer and user manuals. From what I can see the BBs are spaced like traditional Shimano 24mm spindles to one final width with variants within a mm or so
But yeah it is so new I have seen it like three times in the wild, neither time involving the crankset.
The Cues cranksets are intended to run in either 68mm or 73mm BB shells. You use the standard BB spacer setup for MTB cranks: Using MTB BBs (BB52/MT501/MT801/BB80/BB93/etc), one 2.5mm spacer between the driveside cup and the BB shell with 73mm BB shells, or two 2.5mm spacers under the driveside cup and one 2.5mm spacer under the NDS cup for 68mm BBs.
UNLESS you are using the “Cues” BB-UR400. Those cups are 2.5mm wider than the MTB cups. You can only use this BB on 68mm BB shells, and it needs a single 2.5mm spacer under the driveside cup. fuckin’ why, thanks shimano!
(do not use road BBs: RS501/BBR60/R9100. Those cups are 1mm wider than the MTB BBs. Won’t work at all on 73mm shells, and you’re on your own to figure out spacers for 68mm shells.)
The threaded adjuster is not intended to take up the extra space of 68mm vs 73mm BB shells. Use the spacers described above.
