We’ll certainly work on more on the training ground um collectively and individually but like I said I thought he you know towards we took control large parts of the second half and we could have possibly gone on to win the the one in the second half most frustrated there especially coming 30

Well over this period with the age that he is uh and the performance levels probably reflect that as well for him um you know and and you know the lads at the side of him have probably learned a lot from that because we’ve had some real good challenges really healthy

Players’s pressure is to perform not the results that’s my pressure my pressure is all the outside you know players transfers results Etc the players pressure is to make sure that they’re ready to perform at a high optimum optimum level you know it’s a it’s a high energy game we’re in a really good

League really good challenging league and then they have to perform at a certain level so that’s their pressure can easily be forgotten on on days like today victory handome off three excellent saves in the first half barely a game goes by without him him making some wonderful stops does it it’s his

Job got got to make saves Victor’s just been Victor isn’t he um again level of level of performance we expect a level of performance from Vic so it doesn’t go on notist good goalkeepers you know win your points good goalkeepers keep the ball out the back of the net um and

That’s Victor with your situation at the bike are you going to be looking to move quickly in the transfer market to bring another Center half in I listen we’ve been conversation since I come in the building you know we know I I can’t comment on what’s gone before cuz I

Wasn’t here uh but what’s gone before has led to you know various injuries and too many um and you we need Lads back fit we need competition for places uh because we’re going around the country really good healthy challenging um you know levels uh and teams and you know

We’re going to need that from from now until the end of the season have you made decisions on on mcart and Koso potentially coming back from their loans um yeah we’ve had conversations so you know in the next 24 hours we’ll we’ll make a a definitive uh option on that do

You feel like you do need extra options though at the back I know you’ve got a lot of players in the squad and they’re currently out injured but is is the situation bad enough that you do need more bodies at the back got a Center Midfield and a left back play in Center

Half so that’s the question um by the way I think you know again commendable you know revs has gone play left side of Center half hacks playing right side of Center half think the levels of performance since I’ve been in the building absolutely top class and they

Learn a lot from that um so yeah c moving forward you want players playing in the right geography on the pitch with the right actions but um you know you’ve got a Personnel might change job spec doesn’t and the job SP has been fantastically carried out by them too

Just finally from me you start the the new year with only a third away point of the season I mean it’s important isn’t it that you get start getting more points on the road on a regular basis otherwise this second half of the season will be very difficult absolutely yeah

The maths tell you that um but today you know like you say performance is is the Players pressure results of my pressure um but you give a level of that you’ll always be you know competitive and hopefully get positive results so more of that
