I have so many take offs or used spare parts. I never sold them either because I forgot to list them, they’re not worth much in the second hand market (i.e., stock alloy bar/stem, heavy X1 crankset, etc), or I’m getting so many lowball offers, it’s not worth selling and shipping.
I can build a complete bike with it. Well, technically I need a frame that’ll fit all my parts spec. Crazy thing is I found a new frame [for $299](https://www.poseidonbike.com/products/norton-frame?variant=43888913088740)
Has boost spacing, internal dropper routing, and modern geo!
I don’t need this bike, but at $300, would it be worth the build?

I would.
I’d do it. Worst case you sell it. A full bike would most likely sell better than individual parts.
Fo sho
Yes! But then you’ll just spent $300 just to have a whole bike you don’t use. On second thought, don’t do it.
Everyone needs a cheap hardtail borged together from leftovers/spares
