Recently noticed my bike was freewheeling slowly compared to friends. I took apart, cleaned, and oiled the read hub. It’s still not free wheeling as it should. This is a mavic kysyrium Equipe wheel, shimano 105 10-speed cassette, ultegra 6700 rear derailleur. For the record the bottom bracket is in good shape and the crank spins easily when the chain is removed. Any suggestions on how to get my bike working better would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The issue isn’t the hub bearings but the internals of the freehub. Did you remove the freehub and run some oil through that as well during the service? (You could also replace it instead).
This is not uncommon and generally not a problem. That the chain is not showing any dramatic slack has me thinking there is not a lot of drag being created.
End caps and seals can and often are the reason for freehub drag. Have you checked the end caps and seals for proper assembly? Any recent rear hub maintenance?
