In theory you could epoxy it back into the frame but I’d check out what the manufacturer says first.

The mountain bike industry is so stupid when it comes to bottom brackets. If manufacturers could figure out how to drill a round hole, the proper size, and centered from left to right, not one person on earth would think that pressfit BBs are bad. Every other industry on the planet that uses cartridge bearings presses them in, and they have zero problems. But, because the bike industry is fantastic at creating problems, we end up with total shit like the problem you are experiencing with a glued in threaded shell. Unbelievably, the reason it failed is because the hole probably isn’t round, and likely oversized. What a complete and utter embarrassment. That should be a warranty claim always and forever, because there is no way in hell that is not a manufacturing defect. Hell, the guy who designed that should have to buy you a new frame using his own money. That’s the only way to stop this madness.
