The pics pretty much are self explanatory. LBS supplied the HS2 rotors which are a bit thicker than Avid G2 CleanSweep stock 160mm rotors, 1.85mm thick. HS2 rotors are 2mm thick. The Avid adaptors are different front (160mm to 200mm) and rear (160mm to 180mm) but are a pretty straight forward bolt on. I had to do some minor disc truing on the 200mm. The difference in braking though is pretty massive. Brakes are stock AVID Level, DOT5.1, single pots.
Avid brake post and adaptor bolt torques are all 55in/lbs or 6.2 Nm, something I had to look up. Trek does a really good job of laser marking any other torque spec you’d need for this job including brake rotor bolts and thru axles.
