The rim is diagonal inside the fork like these “ \ “ knowing that the ball bearing are good idk if the problem in the axle or the fork is bent (please guys don’t tell my “your stem is not aligned with fork” this is not why I’m asking for here)

You have a quick release. Loosen it, drop the wheel all the way in like “I” and fasten it.
Yes it looks like the fork is bent. It takes a lot of force to bend a fork. Did you buy it like this, or crash, or was it shipped without the wheel attached and no support for the fork dropouts?
