Frame tube clips for cable housing (French bike)

Its a 1970s Motobecane. Top tube measured something like 26.5 mm (bad calipers…). I saw a post where someone said 26.0 top tube diameter which sounds about right.
So my question is: should i get the 25.4 or 28.6 clips from Velo Orange? Or does anyone have a source for cheaper clips? Thanks
