I took it out for the first ride in a couple of months and when I got back I took a proper look at the tyres and it looks like the rubber is pulling apart at the bottom of the ridges.
It’s normally kept in a log cabin outside and I’m in the South of England so the temperatures are never extreme. It’s a road tyre that comes on the entry level Decathlon road bike. The rear tyre is similar.
What’s the danger level in riding on it? Is this an instant replacement?
