GCS German Championship Series Finals of 20122 okay here we go with some attack from Mars this is a great machine I mean most of my call outs here are from Attack so we can use them we can use uh you know Nobody messes with the USA and things

Like that and it will be arounded okay so here’s aesh plays a super skill shot and uh successfully opens the sorcer so um I’ve watched lots and lots of American streams uh and um they the Americans tend to be very surprised that Europeans play the super skill shot yeah

But I think that’s because a lot of the tournaments on the ball save that’s right no ball save at all and then it’s not worth playing it yeah but if there’s any ball save then the super skill shot is so so valuable it either opens the saucer if

You get the saucer or it completes the complete three bank if you uh if you hit one of the major shots so rakes has been playing out of his skin all day uh rakish from the Netherlands um and uh he blew this machine up in hurton our club at free

Play uh and put something like 12 billion points on it um and uh we were actually playing something called a it was it was based on the EP sign cup it was a tournament format design designed for Country versus country so it was okay uh it was deut versus Dutch

Yeah yeah and uh and and uh Rakesh basically won the the tournament for the Doge with this game on the tack return B got you got the good ball back I mean that’s I mean is a very very short ball but you thought he went for the super

Skill he sort of missed it but he still got it back so why not go it absolutely yeah so uh first strategy always on Attack From Mars is to play the first multi Ball go down a bit you don’t need to back on it just take your time uh so when the visor is already open would it still go for super spill shot uh um and just take another shot yes I would I would I would do it to to

To work towards total Annihilation uh it it activates your hurry up on a chop right because it collects all of it so you can’t uh keep it for the billion yeah no now yeah yeah true yeah true you if you take on super skill shot you don’t get the Hur up that’s

Right so you probably better actually play the five times uh bonus with the normal skill shot Maybe maybe not sure yeah but yeah when when a visor is closed normally when I’m playing a game for Attack From Mars I’m not thinking uh I need to save that for the billion shot

You know my strategy is normally I need to hit those three shots to start the multiplayer yeah but then I need to get the Super Jackpot in multiv and sort of Build It Up gradually not sort of let’s start off wanting to get the billion

Chop okay and uh uh Marti thing yep and he’s gone oh this is uh not being very kind mhm uh but it’s on 350 million which is um 400 million it’s not a great score but it’s better than 66 yeah it’s but it’s like they they didn’t do anything you only

Need to start the multi ball and you’re up at one and a half billion points so okay opens the visor a super skill and starts the multi ball so here we go multiball hit all of the major shots the red flashing shots one two three four

Five and then you get a Super Jackpot shot which RS around the GLA field you really need to be knocking these shots off while the ball saves on yeah and if we happen to brain out of multi ball while the super [ __ ] but is LIF you had like a minute

Really so only one checko if the right ramp is the hardest one the right ramp is the hardest oh that was so close oh that was a great uh great recovery oh and he’s gone okay he’ll he’ll have a grace period at that last jackpot but it won’t light the but it

Won’t light the so that’s right and it’s not really worth going for let’s just work towards the next multi ball uh the does the progress keep from multi M sorry second does the progress keep like the jackpots you’ve already hit are they still don’t believe so um okay let’s I’m

Sure he’ll get to a second multi I’m pretty sure you have to start again we got to save the Statue of Liberty yeah of course for the second multi ball you have to light each lock individually by hitting the round yep and he’s missing a couple of shots

There there you go that’s second lock so uh shoot the lock shot again to enable it all the way around the ramp and then for the last time shoot for lock three and start the multi ball get your hands off me all four of Them [Applause] nice okay multiball starts let’s give him a multi ball because it’s the right oh no it’s why is that not attack all the jackpot lit again so to complete those jackpack we’ll fight for Freedom oh that was nice that push the other one out yeah he he mutant it up

There uh yes again the right way yeah oh and again he loses it he oh this time he get it’s not going to get to ruler of the universe without scoring the Super Jackpot so uh you know oh but actually got it in in gra Spirit

Did he he got both the super check in that’s nice in that case he can go to of the Universe I thought it doesn’t actually like the super check but when multi I thought I thought that as well [Applause] so okay so working his way now towards uh total Annihilation uh will also be working his way towards potentially another multiball but uh total is the next strategy so you have to complete all of the three inserts on these four shots and uh that starts uh another multi ball called total Annihilation oh nice catch that was uh that was really nice so he’s playing for multiball he’s not he’s not going for total I mean he’s the he’s like three shots I think away from Total Annihilation uh has two on the left not happy with his uh yeah that was a

Fumble yeah it wasn’t a TT but you you got the rules for for this tournament like the ones that have been posted on flip mark because I think I’ve read uh that ra to will not be tolerated that’s right that’s correct because PA is really endangered he doesn’t I agree and

Dena will be undoubtedly having a word with him um so no it it’s the sort of thing that doesn’t do the game any good yeah yeah so uh it’s it’s something uh we are specifically going to be uh looking at at the EPC and the other championships um because we’re you know

We’re here to enjoy ourselves we’re not here to watch somebody get upset of themselves over something it’s so it’s it’s an emotional thing it’s you know it’s it’s not everybody can control it that well so that’s the multi for yep and the thing about machines like

This is we all know that we can blow them up okay we we need to have the day uh we need to have the run of the ball perhaps but we can all do this yeah and that’s the great thing about pinball the level in the uh

The knowledge that that that we can actually do this yeah and you know we can we can get to save Mars and and things I mean how many other sports let you let you save a planet it’s like there are many Other okay he’s playing this well mhm Okay nice uh intelligent shot for the the most difficult of the ramps the and it’s being very on fire it’s not really catching his BS but it’s working out for him yep and he’s not far off is he on those shots that’s ja okay he’s got the uh

Down I don’t know super Jack lit the super okay you got plenty of time just wait for it hey my car don’t rush it just give yourself time wait for it to get to that right Orit and then just nail it I think it would go to the right and then to the

Left again and then but he goes back up yeah that’s right so he’s really not in a rush with this okay just missed it oh he did he just got super Jack 500 million let’s get him around and pause for that super Super Jackpot is not easy to get it it’s

So we know we all know how to do it uh but uh you have to hit all those shots and of course you can do it more than once M so yeah what is what’s he going to do multiball or total Annihilation s is a lot of shot

For raakesh will now definitely be playing for total annihilation get your hand off me I think it’s even less shots for us next yeah you’re right and I know a lot of people say you better play for just the next multi uh when you count when you count

The number of shots involved and particularly when the these RS so difficult yeah so that’s really close he doesn’t need a lot now only 400 million what are going is is uh visor is open right so theoretically he could just go for the uh for the

Also get it that way yeah but it’s one of those um not very nice positions that you need you need 400 million yeah he’s going for it but it’s dangerous right he has to survive another two shots or so yeah and he’s going so we are going straight onto Metallica okay so uh

Rakesh One n lead on ball MH oh so maybe we are going to see fire that would be nice let’s see what Paul does cheers oh I don’t actually have anything don’t you have a beer that’s not very good is it didn’t buy you a beer normally normally I buy you a beer

When you come in here I’ll give you the money instead okay okay PA started and he’s going for Sparky and uh it’s set to a lot of hits isn’t it this machine default though it was more enough danger there and yeah he’s hitting it really well but I felt the

Felt is really early on the on and he doesn’t why did why did he do that why why does he need to go for that from the right flipper no I mean it’s it’s sort of a little bit of more patience and and po transfer but I mean

Patience got him to multiball really really quickly now we could it on multiball it’s finally nice yay okay took the 1 million hurry up from the cofin was all I think there mhm nice control so he’s going for the uh big targets uh so snake is already blinking

Does it been here he has all the P yeah it’s it’s already ready to go so um and as I think you said last time we were streaming this it’s not only getting the uh adall it’s the times two play field from the snake and yeah then of course there’s the

Other times to on his fuel but his fuel isn’t bit yet and yeah edal there’s only one of them but you can always get the the twox from the from the snake yep so is he going now for for oh that’s some unfortunate drain left yeah it into the

Nice catch is on 25 million now this is a pretty impressive score from just a Sparky multi ball so uh and he’s uh also I think getting will be getting close to cranky toppo I think by now okay out of multiwall takes the Super Jackpot grace period Super 1 Point six so uh

Nice so 28 million that is pretty impressive for say Sparky uh so on this on the rightmost shots there there’s a hurry up ready and because it’s it’s blinking all all the okay all the things there and if if he gets that hurry up then all of

Those things will stay lit from ball to ball so we can use that shot to collect all the things we need for the activate up on the captive ball here and he got it I think so that means that all of that stuff will stay late and he

Has already done that for for this so he has already two shots that are lit for all the stuff he needs down there in order to light this cret up so it’s a great setup yeah so absolutely guarantee them get into cranky too sort of so you

Still have to get the the coffins and you can’t get them from the shots you really have to shoot the captive ball for that and yeah you see his sparking the snake is already finished his uh what you call his crosses he can get from great great Mar great Mar

And yeah so so the uh the captain PA is usually the the bottom back for C it up yeah he already has that was uh absolutely awesome well played well played Po and he’s really so I say he’s really really nice player to watch it’s just a Pity lets himself down with that

Uh losing himself in in emotions he’s a lot better than he used to be but um he just needs to get that level of control oh he’s going to be playing in the World Championships in uh in June not for the first time he played in Florida last

Year Okay so it seems he’s also going for Spar to he had yeah he had this one this shot almost completely just needed the the grave marker but now the shot moved to another it looked like he was going for for his captive ball locks but I’m not

Sure those are just misses so Sparky oh okay yeah so he’s actually think he’s actually should spark I mean that’s what I noticed that the the Sparky shots are really early yeah really early so yeah he miss go to the snake or the captain ball yeah for a tra looks like he’s

Actually going to spark it up so is not phased is he uh rakash he uh he’s playing his own game um he knows he won the first game against Paul um oh somebody says picture is gone do we have a problem with the streen what sorry Pi not sure

Player by any stretch of the imagination so uh okay that’s it I was going to ask what are going to do now can I just get crank it up after Crank It Up by doing the same thing things no I think I think you have to work your

Way up again know you to another set of targets has the shot l so it’s yeah yeah so it’s easy because in order to complete unless the number goes up I’m not sure about that yeah okay thanks Cyro uh now we know when now we know we’re back because uh somebody’s

Told us thank you thank you for that um we lost the stream with a internet connection issue computer uh uh disconnected so um we just restarted the stream and we are back live again so um didn’t missed very much there uh that was uh basically Paul had already won

The game with his uh massive score and um uh uh getting to crank it up so well done with Paul we are going to be moving to game three which is what we were hoping for which is going to be fire fire so uh no idea which rig is going to be on

Fire do we want one of the rigs to be on fire uh it’s number three so we can switch straight over to number three yeah in the last game is thought a f like like this gave up in it looked sort of it bounced over it looked sort of

Stainable a bit of push yeah I agree so uh it’s a cool machine it it really is I mean it for it for its day it’s beautiful is it I mean all of these little uh little Windows all light open yeah and also the the mech for locking the balls like Al the

Two ramps go up or down one is up and the other is it goes into the the hle these these ramps here basically if they’re down then the ball travels round and if they’re up the ball travels underneath the ramp and then around the

Top so uh in order to lock the balls you have to first of all uh uh put out the fire basically you could you could say Start the Fire but I think the objetive of the game is actually to put yeah you want to lock a ball in the building and

You can’t do that as long as the building is on fire so so you hit these uh fire targets or all these up here okay and that basically then will uh light a green light here for lock but do you actually hit the targets yeah yeah isn’t that sort of the the sucker

Strategy hitting going for the Target because they’re dangerous you can as far as I know you can spot one Target by going through those okay when the when the fire Target is lit there yes true and the the real Pro Strat is when one

Of those in L is lit shs it and and it will give you not one target but the whole Target Bank oh okay all right we’ll uh we’ll we’ll do some interesting commentary and see what happens through this uh through this game I mean I don’t even know if the players know that

Machine very well or Here Comes raes this machine right at the very very bottom of the hall uh we can actually spin the camera around I think and show you where he Is Not sure is this going to work maybe we’ll find out yeah the plunge is interesting to you do the full plunge when you do a full plunge you don’t really get anything what you actually want to do is do a plunge that makes it up there to the 100,000 then comes

Down so we can’t quite see that machine it’s just out of view of the camera so anyway yeah he quickly Rost this well on yes that was a bit of a disappointing and Slim AC ball all that so let’s watch here we’ll watch the pole coming down Po’s already at the

Can’t be that bad can’t be that bad right if if Paul do it then we’re okay with that I mean not sure if he knows about the shats in because that’s that’s fun stuff really safer to do than shooting targets okay so one ball locked in the

Right building you can see that by the slide here so he has to lock another ball in the left building shooting this okay and unfortunately drains but um uh takes an appreciable lead 29,000 to 550 51,000 but really nobody’s game yeah yeah oh yeah and back there this this

Ladder is actually a ramp that can come up too and when it comes up the ball can go in there for a ball lock yeah or multiple the multi youall the have we mentioned the skill shot yet on this machine yeah yeah yeah I I did so you told him about skill Shot yeah he’s going for the loops that don’t really do yeah they do they they spot in one uh one target oh that was a fire bike yeah you don’t actually have a lot of time to get those targets because there’s a sort of a timer that counts

Down from 10x that the sort of the point value uh but uh if you don’t manage to put out the fire then it spreads to to to everywhere yeah to the next pin the one after that well the next one is is TR XTR I think that’s broken setting fire to that

Wouldn’t be a bad thing to to be fair okay so his left uh Target bank is on oh he got his lock lock so now he uh it was that the second lock that was the second lock and now the okay I thought the the ramp here no he still has to

Shoot sorry yes it go yeah there is not ramp up okay now he’s actually left two locks two balls locked I Rakesh couldn’t take advantage of this yeah probably yeah that’s probably lock steing yeah yeah yeah yeah I mean the ladder is down so he still has to do that that one shot

Here or there yeah yeah yeah but other than that he can totally see this mic bom yeah and then Paul would have to relock his balls in order to start the uh the mul wall yeah not just we up I think do it all over again yeah may may

Well be so rakes really has got to get out of jail here uh does he know what he has to do for the for the L to oh wow that’s uh that was yeah a bit disappointing there because I think he had a real opportunity yeah it’s too bad

We didn’t get to see mul because it’s really cool here to yeah and Paul’s not going toother playing that anybody likes fire enough um maybe he will maybe he’ll just start the multi ball just to show that he can come on put it straight to the middle y there it is okay multiwall

Yeah so uh maybe if Dominic is in a final we won’t pick this machine because obviously he would know all about putting fires although to be fair Dominic’s a fireman at an airport uh and the airports are on strike today so I know there wouldn’t be any if I been Working yeah m is sort of interesting because there isn’t really a jackpot shot uh you actually have to put out all the fires again but the Lo helps you pulling out the Fires right Paul I think we’ve probably seen enough of that yeah that’s wrong with Paul Paul will play a game uh for fun in exactly the same way where he plays one for the tournament and he just shot one of those ramps and those actually come back there
