    I think you are going to have trouble with fenders. There’s barely any clearance. It looks like you have all the needed eyelets for a rack though.

  2. Rear rack is a slam dunk. Mount the fender stays to the outside of the rear rack leg at the dropout. For fenders I’d want at least a quarter inch between the tire and the brake calipers for normal ones but they make fenders for road bikes that are ‘split’ at those points. SKS makes a couple models, raceblades and speedrocker

    There are some fenders designed for rim brakes that come in two parts like the sks raceblade pro. I don’t know if your fork has an attachment point but you can use zipties if it doesn’t.
