I’m looking to attach a rear rack and fenders to my 90s road bike to commute with. I think I can attach a rear fender, but I’m unsure if I am able to attach a front fender. I’m also unsure if I can attach a rear rack. I’ve included photos showing what I’m working with. Does anyone have suggestions of a rack and a front fender that could work with my bike?

What width are your tyres?
I think you are going to have trouble with fenders. There’s barely any clearance. It looks like you have all the needed eyelets for a rack though.
That is one chonky stem.
Rear rack is a slam dunk. Mount the fender stays to the outside of the rear rack leg at the dropout. For fenders I’d want at least a quarter inch between the tire and the brake calipers for normal ones but they make fenders for road bikes that are ‘split’ at those points. SKS makes a couple models, raceblades and speedrocker
An ass saver is your best option for a “fender”
There are some fenders designed for rim brakes that come in two parts like the sks raceblade pro. I don’t know if your fork has an attachment point but you can use zipties if it doesn’t.
