Needed to swap crank arm which means needed to switch 3 speed gear. The new one I got I couldn’t find one with the right gear diameter so got a smaller gear.
As I expected gear shifting doesn’t work properly now. Any tips or ways to fix you much more knowledgeable can suggest?
Btw I have to be in like the highest gear (6/7) to get any resistance to be able to pedal. The low gear 1-4 are basically useless.
Also yes before anyone says I know the front derailleur needs to be adjusted it’s to high how and causing loud chain rub.

Lookup tutorial videos and illustrations for how to adjust a front derailluer. The height and alignment is critical. Once those are corrected, move onto adjusting the limits and then onti the indexing.
You should avoid cross chaining if possible. (Small front small rear gear. Large front large rear gear)
Your front derailleur is ~1 mile above your big chainring now. It works better when it is ~1mm above.
