Trek 930 Singletrack (with suspension)

Hey guys, just wondering how much it’s worth. It’ll be my first mountain bike (i know it’s old). I have a road bike and mid 90s Trek hybrid bike that I’ve been fixing up myself, so I thought this might be a good buy for a project bike, and to explore trails around my area. I know I’ll have to replace the chains cables tires etc..it’s a double butted frame I think. paint looks decent as well. will i have trouble finding modern or new components to put on this? i’m mainly concerned about the shock in the front, since i’ve never had a mountain bikes before. i know i could just replace it with a regular fork.. thank you 🙌🏽
