Bought this bike during covid to keep fit, and slowly been upgrading since. im just getting into bikepacking and hope to go on my first trip (ardennes arbalete) in the spring. So far i have put on XT 8100 Brakes and discs, conti racekings, loop bars, spd pedals, ergon grips and a fabric scoop. I plan to upgrade the derailleur and shifter to GX, freehub to XD driver so i can add the 10-52 GX cassette, what do you think of my supermarket bikepacking rig?
