I brought a bike recently from new and have so far done under 200k in it, and this is the state of the rear pads. What causes uneven brake wear I.e from top to bottom? Will I get the same issue if I just install new pads? Brakes are SRAM code. Thanks in advance.

Make sure the pads reach the disc fully. May have wrong adapter or too many spacers on the bolts.
