I have a 3 months old carbon frame that is getting air bobbles/blisters under the clearcoat. Has anyone ever had any issues similar to this before? If so, any solutions? The dealer sent the pictures also to the Giant manufacturer.

Most likely that’s due to poor surface preparation of the carbon prior to paint and you’re seeing either poor adhesion of the paint/primer or the resin is offgassing and eating the paint from behind. I would expect this from a cheap off-brand frame, but Giant should be better than this.
If you’re using SRAM hydraulic brakes then this could have been due to some fluid leaking onto the frame and not being properly cleaned. DOT4 / 5.1 fluid will eat paint if left on the surface for long enough.
