Its my first time getting multi fuel stove. I decided to go with Optimus Polaris because its had good simmering.
I see that they sell it with 0.4 l bottle but I wonder if this might be too small?

Buy the stove. Do some cooking on it. See how much fuel you use. Do the maths to work out if that’s enough fuel for your trip. Buy a bigger bottle if needed.
First review I read says it gets 100 min of full power from 400ml of fuel.
Multi day I prefer the .8liter size I think it is. 1 bottle is enough for 7+days of cooking
