  1. It’s not just about your total height but your torso, arm, leg lengths, (including your flexibility) in relation to not just the bike’s size, but frame geometry. That’s said, generally speaking, a “L” size bike is too big for you. You can still ride it, obviously, but for longer distances or time on the bike get a proper fitting frame.
