Hello all, I took advantage of the superb deal that Kink has right now for the “Roll Up” frame.
It has 21.5” TT, 12.75” chainstays.

I would like to put 22” wheels (and compatible fork) on it – this would be my first 22” – but need your guidance on whether it’s that simple or even a good idea.
Are there any other 22”-oriented parts that I should consider?
Or am I barking up the wrong tree and should stick to 20” components for this frame?

A 22” wheel and tire is not going to fit on that frame. Are you serious?
Yeah as the other dude mentioned, that’s not going to work. Top tube can be a mile long but the rear end still only fits a 20” wheel.
Just build a 20 inch. 22 inch’s are for fuckfaces
You’d be better off getting a frame w the same top tube, but a longer chainstay and sticking with 20”. Otherwise I’ve seen a few people recently riding the box jumps that use dirt jumpers or some sort of mountain bike type bike idk what it is exactly but they seem a lot bigger
Won’t work, sure you can have it as a mullet to use an mtb term with 22” forks, but the rear won’t fit it’s already super short as it is, you’re not getting a 22” wheel in there. Something you might not be aware of modern frames they’re over an inch and half shorter than frames from the late 90’s and early 2000’s in some cases, and the dropouts barely have a quarter of an inch total adjustment, so while it tenuously might’ve worked on a much older frame (excluding the brake mounts not lining up) it physically isn’t possible on a modern frame.
