Bags

Unsure if correct subreddit. Planning some hostel touring in France in July(Brussels, Flanders, the Vosges, Switzerland, and across the Alps to Nice). Will be in hostels and hotels most nights. Kit list will be 2 sets of cycling kit, 2 t shirts, shorts, 2 pairs of boxers, multi tool, quick link, chain tool, spare tyre, 2 tubes, frame pump, toiletries, microfibre towel, and a light pair of trainers. I’ve managed to fit all of this in my saddle bag with the exception of trainers but would like to spread weight more.
Don’t have a bike with rack mounts I’d trust. Looked at Tailfin but on the pricey side.
Aiming to keep weight to a minimum with the number of Cols on route. Have lost my bar bag in a house move. As such need a bar bags or possibly a small frame bag. Bag is decent but would take recommendations for an upgrade.
TL;DR: packing light recommendations needed.

– Recommendations for bags saddle/bar/frame to fit the above kit?
– any recommendations for lightweight easy to pack trainers that will work for a few days of walking in Nice?
– any missing essential kit
