I’ve if it’s fine, they are too expensive to risk it, and in case it would fail, warranty process on used tire rarely comes positive for customer. Return / ask for different one at the shop you bought it at, and tell them to send it to manufacturer do they can get their money back as well.

Yeh 200%, that’s a manufacturing defect.
