The Christchurch Model Railway Club held their annual Model Railway Exhibition on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October at the the Bournemouth School for Girls BH8 9UJ. As usual there was a great collection of layouts some old some new and of course many traders. There was also a superb collection of new original railway paintings and prints from John Hayden. This is (Part 1) the second part will follow later in the next week.

The first layout (Taylor Town), I was the one controlling it and moving the trains around 😀
The RIAB has been busy this week investigating the shunting accidents at both Aviemore in Scotland involving the Flying Scotsman and two at Tavas-Yn-Bogh in Cornwall (17:00 and 18:45) . Those responsible for the two Tavas incidents will be reprimanded a spokesman for the operation said.
