Looks like you just need to pick up a new bottom bracket cable guide. The Shimano SP-18-T is very common but there are also lots of generics. It’s a ~3.00 USD part, but you will mostly likely have to take the derailleur cables loose to fit it it the frame. Look at it as an opportunity to learn how to adjust the cable tension on your derailleurs.
