Other posters have pointed out the clearly bent hanger.
What bent it?
Did it get twisted as a result of the chain drop?
Or is it the cause of the chain drop?
Once the LBS have straightened/replaced it will the root cause still be there?

Derailleur hangers can be bent back into place easy assuming they’re not too bad. My old shop used to charge 10 bucks since you don’t even have to adjust the derailleur after

Your hanger is obviously bent in that photo which isn’t a great angle to see that from which means it’s probably very bent. Get that aligned and you’ll be back in business.
