This crack appeared recently. I’ve been riding the bike indoors on a trainer for the last few weeks. The seat post is inserted quite far in the seat tube. Not sure what caused this. Seat clamp too thight? In any case, what are my options?

Yes, that frame is dead. Might be fine for the trainer if the seat isn’t moving around but I certainty wouldn’t take it on the road.
Hard to say what caused this, are you sure you have the right sized seatpost in there?
