You can tell by the “dot” indent on the second pic. It’s still got life in it, when you can’t see the dot anymore the tyre is worn, the tread wear indicator is marked by “TWI” on the sidewall.
The twi is used by lots of brands but continental comes to mind for me first

to get the most out I would replace when that dot/dimple is gone.
Personally, I’ve already.done a 30mph lip-skid in gravel. Not interested in a repeat, I would replace, especially if you do long distance riding.

A lot. That little round dimple in the second photo is a treadwear indicator, when that goes away it’s time to replace the tire.
