get that brake hose replaced, if you don’t have the tools/knowledge just take it back to the shop
It is not gonna explode right now, but fix it or get it fixed before you do any actual rides.
The black stuff is just a rubber sleeve, the actual housing is a white tube that’s inside and almost certainly broken or damaged.
You need to replace that ASAP.
