I’m looking for a new gravel bike, and it’s very difficult to choose one. I use it as a pure offroad bike in summer and winter( read: gravel AND mud ) and in winter, sometimes i use it as a road bike/bad weather bike.

Because it should double as a SPORADIC road bike, I’m looking at carbon frames, and perhaps a 2x, but because I also want to ride off road, 1x could work too?

At the moment, I narrowed it down to 4 bikes:

=> 2 x, but focused on going fast on light gravel?

=>1x and already have Shimano wheelset and Power meter

=> Sounds like a good allround bike in reviews i’ve read, can get it for €2500

=> Same as the Cannondale one.

I’ve read countless review about either bike, but could anyone tell me about their experiences?

ATM the Cannondale bike sounds good, but I wonder if 1x would be so horrid for the occasional road ride.

Thanks!
