I don’t ever have to be anywhere fast enough to do that style of biking. I was terrified for you this whole video. I personally stay in the flow of traffic.
I used to want to ride like that, until I realized bike commuting is not a race. And even if I do pass so many cars by biking fast, I end up super sweaty. Not my thing.

Going faster than traffic is always awesome, I guess some people in the comments are forgetting we only go fast because it’s fun
