Bought this box of parts from a guy super cheaper ($40) and was going to swap these onto my bike that needs new parts.
I know the derailleur needs new pulleys.
Other than that, do the cassette and chain rings seem like they have some decent life left in them?

If new chain doesn’t slip – they’re OK
Edit: Isn’t a cassete missing its smallest cog, or I’m just crazy and there are some 14t cassetes with such wide openings?
Some new jockey wheels for the deraileur might be in order otherwise I’d use them
Teeth on the sprockets look good.
Derailleur is very dirty and possibly rusty. I would disassemble the jockey cage, then soak everything in degreaser overnight, wipe down, soak again, wipe down, lube and re-assemble.
That said — if you have access to a used parts bin you can raid — you can take the whole thing to a 10- or 11-speed for cheap right now.
As long as the square hole in the crank is still square, so it doesn’t work loose on the BB spindle, it should still be usable. The cassette, well, if a new chain doesn’t skip on it, you’re good to go. The derailleur, it could definitely use a new lower pulley, and since it’s not a very high end one in the first place, I’d just replace it entirely.
