Slipped on some ice and bent the seat, the tube has popped out and I can’t get it back in for the life of me. Is this fixable or do I need a new seat?

Is it bent for sure? The first pic looks like it’s broken.
Also, I think (can’t say for sure, hopefully someone with more experience can chime in) that the seat is part of the bike’s safety gear, if its structure is damaged and it fails catastrophically later, you’re in for a veeeeery bad time.
Personally, I’d replace it, worst case I’d ask the local bike shop about their opinion.
