I’ve used this wheel for about half a year and it was working well. I removed the cassette to clean it, but when I reinstalled it, it refused to spin freely. I’ve tried all sorts of thing but I can’t find the issue. Please see the video for details. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried pressing the green inner seal into the black outer ring before reassembling onto the hub? I haven’t had the pleasure of working on one of these yet, but it looks like a fit issue between the black outer ring and green inner seal may be causing the green inner seal to push against the pawls. You may be able to eliminate this by ensuring the green seal is properly seated inside of the black outer ring before putting it back on the hub.

When you removed the cassette are you certain you didn’t accidentally lose a small spacer?
