Taly’s Dominik Paris picked up first World Cup win in two seasons in Val Gardena, as he made a superb run with a time of 1:59.84. Norway’s Aleksander Aamodt Kilde and American Bryce Bennett completed the podium with times of 2:00.28 and 2:00.44 respectively.

  2. He had a fantastic career (I think is behind just to the legendary Kaiser Franz); ok missed the Olympics but win the World Championships and considering the number of wins and where (ie everywhere), he deserves to close with the Downhill World Cup. 👍

  3. Is the huge amount of intermediate times and the sketch of the piste necessary to display? It distracts the attention from the racers and occupies about one-fifth of the picture…
