  2. Itโ€™s very possible that people take it incorrectly. Itโ€™s a fat soluble vitamin (the D3) so you need to take it with good fat sources. Like, avocados, coconut oil, or olive oil, etc

  3. I thought taking 5,000 was plenty. Then I saw someone who took mega doses to cure lung damage. I started taking 40,000 for a while. I am no longer dependent on my inhalers to breathe. Covid did not go to my lungs, as did two corona viruses in the 90s. Twice hospitalized and put on serious steroids as well as oxygen.

  4. Thank you very much for such a great and descriptive video. I had been deficient in Vitamin B12 and vitamin D for year. Vitamin D usually gets better once i spend a lot of time outside during Summer. So, to supplement i was given Vitamin D with K by my pcp and later by nutritionist. However, my issue with Vitamin D is that doses that are fine for majority of people (5000 IU and above), give me headache, cause head pressure, and even migraine. Vitamin B12 in high doses does the same. 100% daily value of either vitamin is fine. Tested numerous times with various brands and amounts. Please elaborate if it's a known reaction or my body just not able to properly process such vitamins as supplements?

  6. Can you explain how and when these vitamin supplements should be taken, should they all be taken at the same time or spread out through the day? It's confusing. I can't swallow pills, is there liquid or powder form of all of the one's that are mentioned. I can't even get a doctor to test for vitamin D deficiency, I've never had this test done.

  8. I've taken K2 (100-300mcg daily), magnesium citrate (600mg daily) and 8000 IU of D3 for over a year, and my vit D levels were still at only 42ng/mL. Not even in the optimum zone, nevermind anywhere near toxic levels, even taking that much D3 every day.

  9. I've been on 5000iu of D3 with 83mcg k2 but that's after the Dr tested my levels. I order a supplement that's liposomal vitamin D3 with K2 all in one pill on amazon. Personally I wouldn't go over 5000iu without a Dr order. My levels are good now. It's very important to take k2 (mk7) with vitamin d for proper absorption or it can clog arteries with calcium which is very bad. As for vit A and E from my research I avoid them. ๐Ÿ’ฏ I also take nattokinase which contains K2.

  10. Youre best getting All vitamins and minerals from FOOD,taking any vitamins/ mins can do more Harm than good. I had been taking vitamin D on its own but i found it doesnt work n its own,needs to be taken with magnesium. Found i had too many side effects taking supplements so dont take anything at all now. Great information, to add to the possible reasons for the vit d being bashed by the state authorities it may be worth noting that the e super rich eugenicists class, are actively aiming to reduce the population of โ€“ primarily poor and the sick members of our society, and sterilise many of the children with mRNA technology, like we do with the cat and dog populations. I believe this is how they view us. So to ensure that only wise and intelligent ppl survive they mass produce poor diets (eat bugs and own nothing) for the poor and steer them away from the cheep minerals and vitamins that would potentially save them.   20. I'm pretty sure that the better form of K2 is MK-4 because it is better utilized by the body from every study I've read. I've read that MK-7 is much harder for your body to utilize.
