You want to have as few turns on it as possible. Friction happens at the turns. Your housing currently has 3 turns, while it could have only 1.
Remove the cable then try to bend the housing so it comes out straight from both eyelets, and cut to the proper length. There is a slight curve at the derailleur and a big curve at the chainstay.
