That bike is worth about $200 max. Hard to tell from the pictures but the components look very worn. That cassette is really small for someone who was riding that fit meaning they are old. I’d really pass on that but it all depends on what kind of riding you are looking to get out of it.

Is the Dolce women’s specific frame your size?
A 48cm frame fits around 4’11” to 5’3″.
2004 model is almost 20 years old and the price will depend on condition so maybe $150 if it needs work and worn parts replaced to $350 if in excellent condition fully tuned up ready to ride and needs nothing.

Nah. Like the other posts are saying, this is a $200 bike on a good day. You can do way better for $400.

Find out how the carbon forks are put together. There’s lot of horror stories about the carbon forks being fixed to alloy steerers and delimitation to the point of failure.
This bike might be in good condition aesthetically and it would fit my wife but there’s probably no world where I’d let her ride it if it’s that old school style of fork/steerer.
Even if it’s not, I don’t trust old carbon.

I would keep looking. Test anything you get. Every used bike usually has 1-2 things that will need to be fixed
